Michael Niemiec attended the University of Maryland where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Finance. He attended law school at the Villanova School of Law in Villanova Pennsylvania from 1998 to 2001, where he received his Degree of Juris Doctorate.

Michael has a general law practice with a concentration in Real Estate law and Business law. Michael is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Michael also handles title insurance underwriting.
